  • SEMINAR: “FIRST STEP FOR LIFE: FIRST AID” (In Turkish)

    TAA Reşat Aktan Members Lounge

    Date: February 26 @ 7 p.m. 

    Every one of us can encounter a situation which requires first aid. First five minutes is the most significant time period in terms of saving one’s life by doing first aid and thus, first aid must be on everyone’s priority list as a training topic.

    This seminar to be given by Gökçe Bolat, one of trainers of Turkish Red Cross, is open to public and free of charge.

  • MIXED GROUP EXHIBITION: “SMALL DROPS BIG HOPES”

    Proceeds from the mixed exhibition in which prominent artists such as Mutlu Başkaya, Tevfik Türen Karagözoğlu, Atila Koç, Aykut Öz, Şule Özbahar, Murat Polat, Tuğrul Velidedeoğlu, Demet Yücel and Sema Yücel will participate, will be donated to Turkish Education Foundation.

  • EXHIBITION OF PHOTOGRAPHS BY KADİR EKİNCİ

    Member of the Ankara Photographers’ Association (AFSAD), Ekinci’s photographs have received various awards in Turkey and abroad. Ekinci, has believed in the power of light since the first day he started photography, is once again going back to his roots in his hometown, Kars and with all its nostalgia reflects the old animal market of Kars, one of the most important commercial centers of the city and an important part of the life there. Ekinci states that “By taking photos of the animals as the inhabitants of the open market, people of all ages and the order within the chaos, he is trying to witness the social culture he is coming from.”
